Our home

Crossways is a care home for the elderly, housed in a beautiful detached house in the exclusive area of Lindfield close to Haywards Heath. We are registered to accommodate up to twenty five people aged 65 and over, including married couples and/or partners. We also offer respite.

Our Manager is Mr Selvarajen Amoorthasamy, who has over 17 years’ experience in caring and our registered provider is Crossways Healthcare Limited.

We have 19 single and 3 double bedrooms, most with en-suite facilities. TV and telephone are available in all rooms. In some cases a family member may want to stay over and we can offer the facility for this, with a lift to the first floor installed.

Our rooms are all individually decorated and residents are encouraged to bring their own personal possessions to create a “home from home” feel.

Our aims

Our aim is to enable our residents to continue living as independently as possible by receiving 24-hour care and support.

To provide a high standard of accommodation and care.

Our policy is to provide a secure, relaxed and homely environment in which the care, well-being and comfort of our residents are of prime importance.

We value each and every individual who comes to live in Crossways. We welcome applications from people from all walks of life. You are assured that you will be treated with respect and dignity according to your individual needs and wishes.

All food is freshly cooked on the premises, and special needs can be catered for by the chef. Roast dinners are a favourite of the residents but vegetarian alternatives are available too.
